This year, we are renewing our collaboration with Fromage Gourmet, cheese maturers since 1978, and we have thought big.
• 🧀 12 Artisanal Cheeses (up to 50g / day): an opulent selection of 12 cheeses originating from France. Fall for the legendary creaminess of Brillat-Savarin, the noble power of a Bleu d'Auvergne or the fruity delicacy of an aged Comté. Generous portions, more than enough to treat two bon vivants.
• 🍷 12 Selected Wines (4 cl sample): our expert at e-tasting has composed a balanced journey between beautiful French appellations and hidden gems, in whites and reds. From the saline freshness of the whites of the Loire Valley to the structure of the reds of Bordeaux or the Rhône Valley, each wine is chosen to echo the associated cheese. The 4 cl format offers the ideal dose for a solo tasting or a moment of sharing.

Each day, you will discover either a wine or a cheese. When you open a cheese box, keep a portion safe: it is specially selected to create the perfect pairing with the wine you will discover the next day! Access the wine and cheese descriptions online using the QR codes on the back of the box.

Packaging, Shipping & Logistics

• Your Vinottes are repackaged in a protective atmosphere using Vinovae's patented process to preserve all the organoleptic qualities of the wines.
• Assembly: your cheeses are selected, matured and cut exclusively by hand by our partner artisan. The calendar is therefore prepared at the very last moment, at the end of November.
• Direct from the producer: shipping the last week of November. For logistical reasons, this product will be shipped separately. In the case of a mixed order, you will receive two packages. Receipt within 1 to 3 business days depending on the option chosen and your destination.
• Chronofresh delivery (0°C to 4°C): temperature-controlled transport. The cold chain is 100% guaranteed from the cutting workshop to your door. Delivery to a relay point is unavailable.
• Free delivery in France only.

• Responsibly produced: this calendar is assembled in partnership with a Work Integration Social Enterprise (ESAT) for people with disabilities, which holds all the necessary food industry certifications.
